- 2001: First job at Qualident Dental Laboratory, United Arab Emirates, as a ceramist
- 2004: Joined Future Dental Laboratory, near Frankfurt, Germany
- Master’s Studies: Graduated from the Master Dental Technician School in Frankfurt
- 2010: Joined DeguDent GmbH in Hanau, Germany, as a national and international technical consultant, with various responsibilities including technical training for teams in different countries
- Courses and Workshops: Conducts courses and workshops on the Cercon system and DeguDent ceramics, both in Germany and abroad
- Graduate of the Faculty of Dental Medicine in Aleppo
